Happy Chinese New Year! :D
Larry decided to celebrate with a seizure :(
He was getting water said "my hand feels funny" then went "it's gonna go!" - less than 15 seconds from that to sitting, and getting the meds.
This one would have been bad if we'd waited the usual couple of minutes for meds. We decided to give the ativan right away, and in the 2 minutes it took to stop the seizure (longest two minutes EVER, I swear) it went from twitchy finger to almost his shoulder!
So, from now on, no waiting. as soon as it starts, meds will be given. Thank goodness for them - it would be so much worse if he didn't have them!

January 23, 2017
Well, the day passed like any other day, which is a small milestone.
I realized it on the 25th that ...hey, it's the 25th... huh...
I did feel a bit of a let down, but in another way it's a healing.
Larry is doing well, all things considered. We think he may have had a small seizure on the 17th at the dentist, but I wasn't there and it didn't last - so not sure.
I just wish that Larry could sleep better - the meds give him vivid dreams, that he wakes up from with a jolt - and that makes the day just blech. :(
